If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both the €4 monthly subscription and the €9 one-time album purchase.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or email us at support@myalbumapp.com and we'll help.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time and it won't renew. Your albums stay viewable; if you go back to the free plan, you won't be able to add new albums or photos beyond the free limits.
